Our farm tours for school field trips target the pre-K through 3^rd grades. We offer a different “curriculum” geared for each grade level so as to be a place of interest to children and their teachers for several years.

Welcome and Ag Lesson--Your visit to Grandaddy's Farm will begin in the large loft of our big red barn with an exciting educational program geared to the level of your class.

Fall Market—Children may browse through the market to view the various produce raised on Grandaddy's Farm.

Animal Barn—A variety of young farm animals will be available for observation and each animal’s contribution to us (sheep for wool, cows for milk, etc.) is posted for your information.

Hayride—The group will ride the hayride wagon through a hay field on the farm.    Note:  wagons used are specially designed for this purpose with steps mounted and sides for safety.

Corn Maze—Paths will be marked with a series of questions pertaining to the design in which the correct answer will guide you successfully through the maze.

Nature Trail—The trail is well-marked and has identifying markers for points of interest:  trees identified, etc.

· Picnic tables under a pavilion are available to enjoy a snack or brought lunch

· Each child will receive a farm raised pumpkin to take home

· Photo opportunities will be present, so bring a camera

· Ample parking is available—buses are welcome

· Farm is located in North Franklin Co. 5 miles south of Tullahoma

· Open for tours in late September and in October on weekdays by appointment for school groups.
